Linking Online Store Sales to Profiles
When a customer purchases a membership or league item from your online store, or an item with the "Require Customer Profile" setting checked off (Item Setup Items) they can be linked to a customer profile.
Membership items when linked will update the member profile with the most up to date expiry date and customer type.
League items when linked will assign the customer to the league selected in the item setup.
Navigate to Links Items to Profile
- From your Online Tee Sheet, click Administration
- Click Online Store
- Click Link Items to Profile
When you are on the Link items to Profile page, it will show you the Date, Time, Purchaser Name, Item Purchased, Customer Type/League for that sale.
It will default to show the last 7 days of sales, but you can search by clicking the date range on the bottom and choosing your dates.
Linking the Sale of an Item to a New Customer Profile
- Select the Purchase. The form that was filled out at the time of sale with pop up.
- Click Create New Profile
- The fields will be auto-populated from the form data. If anything is incorrect then manually make the changes.
- Click Save New Profile. This will send the customer a Profile Setup Email. It will include their Username and Verification code for them to set their password.
- Click Continue
Linking the Sale of an Item to an Existing Customer Profile
- Select the Purchase. The form that was filled out at the time of sale with pop up.
- Type in the name of the customer into the Search Box and click the magnifying glass (Or press the enter key on your keyboard)
- Select the customer
- The fields will be auto-populated from the form data. If anything is incorrect then you can click and drag the data from the form to the customer profile.
- Click Attach to Customer's Profile
- Click Continue
Including Linked Items on the List
- Once items have been linked they will disappear from the list. To see linked items check off the Include Linked Items box. this will show all the sales that have already been linked. (In green)
- It will show you the customer it was attached to and the Date it was attached (with a time stamp)
League Items that have been Linked
- Any league item that has been linked will automatically populate that customer into the league. You can verify that by going to Administration
- Click Leagues
- Select the League
- Click View/Set Players
- The linked customers will show up on the league list.
- If they are not showing then double check your league sales item has the league attached to it when sold. You can do this by going to Administration>Online Store>League Item Setup and edit the League Item.

Membership items that have been linked will automatically update the customers Customer Type and Expiry date after linking.
