League Fees in Check-in

For clubs who have blocked tee times on their tee sheet as league times, you will want to setup your league fees in check-in as well. The POS recognizes times that are flagged as league times and will default to league fees for these times. If your pricing varies depending on the individual league, be sure to use the time ranges within check-in to specify when each price is applicable.  

 

To add your league fees to your check-in configuration:

 

Navigate to Check-In Setup

  1. Click Admin
  2. Click Tee Sheet
  3. Click Check-In Setup

 

Set the League Fee

  1. Click Set League Fee
  2. Select the day for the league from the drop-down. 
  3. Click Ok

 

Create a New Time Range

  1. Click Add/Edit/Remove Time Range
  2. Select Add Time Range
  3. Select the Start Time from the drop-down. 
  4. Select the End Time from the drop-down.  
  5. Click Ok

 

Edit an Existing Time Range

  1. Select the time range
  2. Click Add/Edit/Remove Time Range 
  3. Select Edit Time Range
  4. Select the Start Time and End Time from the drop-downs. 
  5. Click Ok

 

Removing a Time Range

  1. Select the time range
  2. Click Add/Edit/Remove Time Range
  3. Click Remove Time Range
  4. Click Yes if you would like to remove all the fees in this time range including fees for all member types, for both 18 and 9 holes as well as for proshop and online bookings.      
  5. Click Ok when finished. 

 

Adding a Single League Fee to a Time Range

  1. Select the time range
  2. Select the Customer Type from the drop-down. 
  3. Select the # of Holes from the drop-down. 
  4. Click Add/Remove Item(s)
  5. Navigate through the departments and select the league fee you would like to add. 
  6. Click Ok when finished. 

 

Adding a Single Item or Multiple Items to Multiple Types

  1. Select the time range
  2. Click Add Item(s) to Multiple Types
  3. On the left hand side, select the types individually by checking off the box or click Select All Types to select all member types. 
  4. Navigate through the departments and select the league fee(s) to be added to this time slot. 
  5. To deselect a member type, check the box beside it, or click Deselect All Types
  6. Click Ok when finished. 

 

Setting the Item Order

  1. Select the time range
  2. To set the Item order, click Set Item Order
  3. Select the fee to move and use the up and down arrows to change the order. (The top fee in the list is the default) 
  4. Click Ok when finished. 

 

Copy Fees to another Time Range

  1. Select the time range
  2. Click Copy Fees
  3. Select the member types by checking off the box beside the member type, or to select all member types, click Select All Member Types
  4. To deselect a member type, check the box beside it, or click Deselect All Types
  5. Select the time range to copy to by clicking on the drop-down. 
  6. Click Ok when finished. 

 

Copy Day Config

 

This will copy all the fees on this day including fees for all member types, for both 18 and 9 holes as well as for proshop and online bookings. 

  1. Select the time range.
  2. Click Copy Day Config
  3. Select the days individually by checking off the box beside the day,  or click Select Weekday to select all weekdays and Select Weekend to select weekends. 
  4. Click Deselect All to deselect all.
