League Calendar

The League Calendar displays a calendar that shows you the Tee Sheet Template & League that is scheduled for any given day. 

Navigate to League Calendar

1. From your Tee On online account, click Administration
2. Click Leagues
3. Click Calendar

Adding a League to a Specific Days(s) (Tee Times League)

1. Select the day by clicking on the first day
2. Choose the League to work with by selecting the league. 
3. Click Add/Edit Schedule
4. If you would like to add to more than one date click Set Dates and choose the dates. 
5. Click Next. The dates will appear under the dates column. 
6. Choose the Nines to apply the league to. 
7. Choose the Holes allowed for the league. 
8. If web booking is allowed, check off Allow Web Booking. 
9. Select the Schedule Type from the drop-down. 
10. Type the Start Time
11. Enter in the Player Count (Per Nine)
12. Click Apply
13. Click Save

Note:

• You may get a popup that says "Bookings exist on this day. Do you want to continue?". Click Yes
• Some bookings will be overwritten by the league. You will need to deal with each of those bookings as they will no longer be on your tee sheet.
• A pdf document containing the existing bookings has been generated and should be saved to your computer.
• Check off Overwrite the bookings
• Click Save Schedule
• If there were conflicts that did not fit into the new league schedule, print or save the pdf and manually take care of the bookings.
• Click Continue

Adding a League to a Specific Days(s) (Shotgun League)

1. Select the day by clicking on the first day
2. Choose the League to work with by selecting the league. 
3. Click Add/Edit Schedule
4. If you would like to add to more than one date click Set Dates and choose the dates. 
5. Click Next. The dates will appear under the dates column. 
6. Choose the Nines to apply the league to. 
7. Choose the Holes allowed for the league. 
8. If web booking is allowed, check off Allow Web Booking
9. Type the Start Time for the shotgun. 
10. Type the Duration
11. Type the Lead Time
12. Select the Draw Template from the drop-down 
13. Click Apply
14. Click Save

Note:
