Click **Admin** 2. Click [**Items and Departments**](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_127/ItemsAndDepartments.png) 3. Select the department you would like to work on. 4. Click [**Set Item Order**](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_127/SetItemOrder.png) 5. Click [**Insert Spacer**](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_127/InsertSpacer.png) 6. Click on the Spacer to highlight it.  7. Click the [**arrow buttons**](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_127/SpacerMoveArrows.png) to position the spacer.  8. Click [**Save Changes**](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_127/InsertSpacerSaveChanges.png) **Note**: You can add an unlimited number of spacers to organize the items however you like. If your club has monitors that are different sizes you will want to configure the department from the computer it will be used on.
