How to Print the IP Address of a Printer
This help article shows you how to print the IP address of several printer models Tee On supports. Printing the IP address is useful for printer setup and troubleshooting.
Receipt Printers
Epson (TM-T88, TM-T20)
- Power off the printer
- Press and hold the feed button
- Power the printer back on and continue to hold the feed button
- After a few seconds a settings page will print, including the IP address of the printer
Star (TSP100 LAN, TSP-700, TSP-650)
- Turn off the printer
- Press and hold the feed button on the printer
- Turn the printer back on and continue holding the feed button
- After a few seconds a settings page will print that includes the IP Address of the printer. (TSP-700 prints 2 pages, the IP Address will show on the second)
Kitchen Printer
Epson (U220)
- Make sure the printer is turned on
- Press and hold the Reset button on the back of the device. (Usually beside the ethernet port, you may need to poke it with a pen)
- After holding for about 5 seconds a settings paper will print that includes the IP address of the kitchen printer
