(For example, a sign in message could be setup to remind members of your upcoming Club Championship)   **Adding a Golfer Sign-In Message** 1. From your Online Tee Sheet, click **Administration** 2. Click **[Messages](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_539/539_01.png)** 3. Click **[Customer Messages](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_539/539_02.png)** 4. Click** [Add](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_539/539_03.png)** 5. Select **[After Successful Sign-In](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_539/539_04.png)** 6. Click **[Next](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_539/539_05.png)** 7. If you want this message to appear to a single date, select the date from the **[date chooser](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_539/539_06.png)** 8. If you want this message to appear to multiple days, click **[Range](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_539/539_07.png)** 9. Choose the **[Start Date ](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_539/539_08.png)**and **[End Date](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_539/539_08.png)** 10. Click** [Next](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_539/539_09.png)** 11. Type in a **[Title](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_539/539_10.png)** 12. Type in the **[Message](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_539/539_11.png)** 13. Click **[Next](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_539/539_12.png)** 14. Choose if you want the message to be **[Active](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_539/539_13.png).** When unchecked this message will not be shown. If you want to hide this message but not delete it, uncheck this box.  15. If you want to include a [**Link** ](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_539/539_14.png)for more information to a page on your website, enter the link into the text box 16. By default, [**Customer Types** ](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_539/539_15.png)is unchecked. This means it will send the message to everyone. If you want to restrict it to only certain types, check the box and choose the Customer Types that will see this message 17. If you want to restrict this message to Men or Women, **[check the box](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_539/539_16.png)** and select who the message is for. (Ex. A Men's League Final sign-in message) 18. Click **[Save](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_539/539_17.png) **to return to the Golfer Web Message Centre   **Editing a Golfer Sign-In Message** 1. From your Online Tee Sheet, click **Administration** 2. Click **[Messages](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_539/539_01.png)** 3. Click **[Customer Messages](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_539/539_02.png)** 4. Select the message and click **[Edit](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_539/539_18.png)** 5. Make the changes and click** [Save](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_539/539_19.png)**   **Preview a Sign-In Message** 1. If you want to see what the message looks like click **Administration** 2. Click **[Messages](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_539/539_01.png)** 3. Click **[Customer Messages](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_539/539_02.png)** 4.
