Golfer Message: Sign-In Messages
Sign-In Messages appear to the golfer after they have signed in to make a booking.
Sign-In Messages can be setup to appear on a range of days. (For example, a sign in message could be setup to remind members of your upcoming Club Championship)
Adding a Golfer Sign-In Message
- From your Online Tee Sheet, click Administration
- Click Messages
- Click Customer Messages
- Click Add
- Select After Successful Sign-In
- Click Next
- If you want this message to appear to a single date, select the date from the date chooser
- If you want this message to appear to multiple days, click Range
- Choose the Start Date and End Date
- Click Next
- Type in a Title
- Type in the Message
- Click Next
- Choose if you want the message to be Active. When unchecked this message will not be shown. If you want to hide this message but not delete it, uncheck this box.
- If you want to include a Link for more information to a page on your website, enter the link into the text box
- By default, Customer Types is unchecked. This means it will send the message to everyone. If you want to restrict it to only certain types, check the box and choose the Customer Types that will see this message
- If you want to restrict this message to Men or Women, check the box and select who the message is for. (Ex. A Men's League Final sign-in message)
- Click Save to return to the Golfer Web Message Centre
Editing a Golfer Sign-In Message
- From your Online Tee Sheet, click Administration
- Click Messages
- Click Customer Messages
- Select the message and click Edit
- Make the changes and click Save
Preview a Sign-In Message
- If you want to see what the message looks like click Administration
- Click Messages
- Click Customer Messages
- Select the message and click Preview
- The message will appear in a pop up
