Golfer Message: Booking Messages

Booking Messages appear to the golfer after they have selected the tee time they would like to book.

 

Booking Messages are day specific and are setup to appear when a specific day is being booked. (For example, a booking message could be setup for a tournament day to let golfers know that the course will be closed)

 

  1. From your Online Tee Sheet, click Administration
  2. Click Messages
  3. Click Customer Messages
  4. Click Add
  5. Select While Making a Booking
  6. Click Next
  7. If you want this message to appear to a single date, select the date from the date chooser
  8. If you want this message to appear to multiple days, click Range
  9. Choose the Start Date and End Date
  10. Click Next
  11. Type in a Title
  12. Type in the Message
  13. Click Next
  14. Choose if you want the message to be Active. When unchecked this message will not be shown. If you want to hide this message but not delete it, uncheck this box. 
  15. If you want to include a Link for more information to a page on your website, enter the link into the text box
  16. By default, Customer Types is unchecked. This means it will send the message to everyone. If you want to restrict it to only certain types, check the box and choose the Customer Types that will see this message
  17. If you want to restrict this message to Men or Women, check the box and select who the message is for. 
  18. Click Save to return to the Golfer Web Message Centre

 

Editing a Golfer Booking Message

  1. From your Online Tee Sheet, click Administration
  2. Click Messages
  3. Click Customer Messages
  4. Select the message and click Edit
  5. Make the changes and click Save

 

Preview a Booking Message

  1. If you want to see what the message looks like click Administration
  2. Click Messages
  3. ClickCustomer Messages
  4. Select the message and click Preview
  5. The message will appear in a pop up
