[Payment Terminal Troubleshooting](https://academy.teeon.com/en-ca/academy-standalone/troubleshooting?hsLang=en-ca#payment-terminal-troubleshooting) # Global Payments iCT250 Troubleshooting If the payment terminal is acting differently than expected, try rebooting the terminal (described below).   **Rebooting the iCT250:**  - The first thing is to close out of the POS   - Reboot the Global Payments iCT 250 payment terminal by holding down the '.,#\*' button and the yellow button at the same time until it beeps.  - Wait until the terminal is back to 'welcome/bonjour' and then open the POS. It should be working normally again.   While completing a transaction if the terminal says something like '**Failed to Print from ECR**' and gives you the option to retry or continue, this usually means the terminal and the POS are out of sync.
