[Payment Terminal Integration (Global Payments)](https://academy.teeon.com/en-ca/academy-standalone/integrations?hsLang=en-ca#payment-terminal-integration-global-payments) # Global Payments iCT250 Setup For clubs using Global Payments' iCT250 terminals there is no software to install on the POS client computer. The terminal must be connected through ethernet and must be configured to a static IP address (must be different static IP address than the computer itself is set to).   **To Configure the Terminal:** 1. Connect an ethernet cord from the terminal to your POS client computer, and plug the terminal's power cord into an outlet to power it on. 2. Wait until the terminal says "**Welcome/Bonjour**" 3. To configure the terminal, access the admin menu by pressing "**.,#\***". 4. Enter the **admin name **given to you by Global Payments, then press **green **button 5. Enter the **admin password **given to you by Global Payments, then press **green **button 6. Select **9 **for Misc. Options 7. Select **1 **for Semi-integrated 8. Select **2 **for Communication Type 9. Select **3 **for Ethernet 10. Here you will see the **IP address **on the top, enter the port number**5110 **and then press the **green **button 11. Select **3 **for Receipt Options 12. Select **1 **for ECR to change the printing method to ECR 13. Select **1 **for EnableSemiInteg 14. Select "**On**" to turn on Semi-Integrated. 15. Hit the **red **button until back to the **Welcome/Bonjour **screen 16. To make sure the terminal will prompt for gratuity 17. Enter the **admin name **given to you by Global Payments, then press **green **button 18. Enter the **admin password **given to you by Global Payments, then press **green **button 19. Select **3 **for Setup Menu 20. Select **4 **for Trans Options 21. Select **5 **for Tip Options 22. Select **1 **for Tip 23. Select **2 **for Std Tip Only 24. Hit the **red **button until back to the **Welcome/Bonjour **screen 25. Once the terminal is properly configured, you will need to configure the settings within the POS. 26. Login to the POS and go to "**ADMIN**", then select "**Payment Terminal**". 27. Select the checkbox beside "**This register has an integrated payment terminal**". 28. Select "**Global Payments**" from the drop down menu beside "**Terminal Type**". 29. In the "**Terminal Address**" line enter the static IP address that the terminal is configured to. 30. In the "**Terminal Port Number**" line enter the port number that the terminal was configured to, most likely**5110**. 31. Press the "**Test Connection**" button to test the connection to the terminal. 32. Within 5-10 seconds of clicking the button a popup message should appear saying "**Connection Successful**", click "**OK**". 33. Click "**OK**" again to save the settings in the "**Payment Terminal Setup**" screen. 34. The payment terminal should be saying "**Welcome/Bonjour**" at this point.   **Note**: In order to setup automatic batch closes, you need to set it up through Global Payments to do it automatically. Make sure to set it to automatically at the end of the day and you are no longer processing transactions (Ex. 11:55 PM).   **To Set IP Address of the Terminal:** 1. go to admin menu ("**.,#\***") 2. put in admin name and password 3. **3** for Setup Menu 4. **2** for Communications 5. **3** for Ethernet 6. **2** for Ethernet Setup 7. select **static/IP** 8. Enter the IP address 9.
