Generate Barcode Labels

The Tee On Point of Sale includes the ability to generate barcode labels that can be used for various tasks throughout the club. For example, the bar code labels could be used for tracking gift card or league passes and placed on the back of your club's existing cards. They are also useful in creating employee sign in cards (the barcode would represent their quick login) or for manager override cards (the barcode would represent the override password). 

The suggested labels for these printouts are Avery 5160 labels. They come in sheets of 30 - 3 x 10. When you are printing from the POS you are given the option to select your starting position on the sheet. 

1. Click Admin
2. Click Printer Setup
3. Click Generate Barcode Labels
4. If duplicate barcodes are required, check the box. 
5. Type in the Starting Number for the barcodes. 
6. Type in the Number of Labels required. 
7. If the barcode number is required on the label, check the box to Show Text Under Barcode. 
8. If using a zebra printer, check the box to Use zebra printer. If not, the labels will print on the laser printer. 
9. Click Print
