General Ticket Administration
Looking up a Ticket
- Click Admin
- Click Ticket Management
- Type in the individual’s last name, ticket ID, or transaction ID.
- Click Find
Reprinting a Ticket
Note: When reprinting a ticket, a new Ticket ID will be issued.
- Click Admin
- Click Ticket Management
- Type in the individual’s last name, ticket ID, or transaction ID.
- Click Find
- Select the ticket from the list.
- Click Reprint Ticket
- Type in override password.
- Click Ok
Voiding a Ticket
- Click Admin
- Click Ticket Management
- Type in the individual’s last name, ticket ID, or transaction ID.
- Click Find
- Select the ticket from the list.
- Click Void
Reinstating a Ticket
- Click Admin
- Click Ticket Management
- Type in the individual’s last name, ticket ID, or transaction ID.
- Click Find
- Select the ticket from the list.
- Click Reinstate
View the Details of a Ticket
- Click Admin
- Click Ticket Management
- Type in the individual’s last name, ticket ID, or transaction ID.
- Click Find
- Select the ticket from the list.
- Click View Details
