General Ticket Administration

Looking up a Ticket

  1. Click Admin
  2. Click Ticket Management
  3. Type in the individual’s last name, ticket ID, or transaction ID.
  4. Click Find

 

Reprinting a Ticket

Note: When reprinting a ticket, a new Ticket ID will be issued. 

  1. Click Admin
  2. Click Ticket Management
  3. Type in the individual’s last name, ticket ID, or transaction ID.
  4. Click Find
  5. Select the ticket from the list.
  6. Click Reprint Ticket
  7. Type in override password.
  8. Click Ok

 

Voiding a Ticket

  1. Click Admin
  2. Click Ticket Management
  3. Type in the individual’s last name, ticket ID, or transaction ID.
  4. Click Find
  5. Select the ticket from the list.
  6. Click Void

 

Reinstating a Ticket

  1. Click Admin
  2. Click Ticket Management
  3. Type in the individual’s last name, ticket ID, or transaction ID.
  4. Click Find
  5. Select the ticket from the list.
  6. Click Reinstate

 

View the Details of a Ticket

  1. Click Admin
  2. Click Ticket Management
  3. Type in the individual’s last name, ticket ID, or transaction ID.
  4. Click Find
  5. Select the ticket from the list.
  6. Click View Details
