General Overview of Ticket Setup

Accessing Ticket Administration

  1. Click Admin
  2. Click Ticket Setup

 

Creating a New Ticket

  1. Click Add New Ticket
  2. Type in a Name for the ticket. 
  3. Click Ok
  4. Click Variables
  5. Click Company Info
  6. Type in required text.

 

Setting the Ticket Printer

  1. Click Ok
  2. Set the printer for the ticket from the drop-down. 

 

Adding the SKU of the Redemption Item to the Ticket

  1. Click Variables
  2. Click Item Sku
  3. Select the Redemption Item. 
  4. Highlight the SKU on the ticket. 
  5. Click Style
  6. Select Barcode

 

Set Print Style Settings

  • For clubs using a Receipt Printer or Zebra Printer to print their tickets use: Print receipts/tickets normally or Print one receipt/ticket
  • For clubs with preprinted cards use: Print label
  • For clubs with preprinted cards with a unique barcode use: Print nothing
