General Overview of Ticket Setup
Accessing Ticket Administration
- Click Admin
- Click Ticket Setup
Creating a New Ticket
- Click Add New Ticket
- Type in a Name for the ticket.
- Click Ok
- Click Variables
- Click Company Info
- Type in required text.
Setting the Ticket Printer
- Click Ok
- Set the printer for the ticket from the drop-down.
Adding the SKU of the Redemption Item to the Ticket
- Click Variables
- Click Item Sku
- Select the Redemption Item.
- Highlight the SKU on the ticket.
- Click Style
- Select Barcode
Set Print Style Settings
- For clubs using a Receipt Printer or Zebra Printer to print their tickets use: Print receipts/tickets normally or Print one receipt/ticket
- For clubs with preprinted cards use: Print label
- For clubs with preprinted cards with a unique barcode use: Print nothing
