Accessing Inventory Administration
- Click Admin
- Click Items and Departments
Adding a Department
- Click Admin
- Click Items and Departments
- Select the department or sub-department the department is being added to.
- Click Add Department
Deleting a Department
- Click Admin
- Click Items and Departments
- Select the level of the inventory tree that the department is in.
- Click Delete Department
- Select the department to be deleted.
- Click Yes to confirm.
Restoring a Department
- Click Admin
- Click Items and Departments
- Select the level of the inventory tree that the department is in.
- Click Restore Department
- Select the date range to search for deleted departments.
- Select the department to be restored.
- Click Ok to continue.
- Click Yes to confirm.
- Select the level of the inventory tree that the department is to be put back in.
- Click Select Current Department
Editing a Department
- Click Admin
- Click Items and Departments
- Select the level of the inventory tree that the department is in.
- Click Edit Department
- Make required changes.
- Click Save
Copying a Department
- Click Admin
- Click Items and Departments
- Select the level of the inventory tree that the department is in.
- Click Copy Department
- Select the department to be copied.
- Click Yes to confirm.
Moving a Department
- Click Admin
- Click Items and Departments
- Select the level of the inventory tree that the department is in.
- Click Move Department
- Select the department to be moved.
- Select the destination department.
- Click Move to Current Department
Setting the Department Order
- Click Admin
- Click Items and Departments
- Click Set Department Order
- Highlight the department to be moved.
- Click the arrow buttons to arrange the departments.
- Click Save Changes
