Follow-Up Email Setup

Your course can choose to send auto-generated follow-up emails to golfers the day after their tee time. These messages will only be sent to individuals who have given their consent to receive follow-up emails in their profile on the Tee On system. This enables the course to send a thank you message to the golfer, which may include incentives or special offers. Follow-up emails are fully customizable by the course. In order to send these emails, templates must be created. 

  1. Click Administration
  2. Click Email Setup
  3. Click Follow-Up Email Setup
  4. Click Create Template
  5. Type in the Template Name
  6. If this is a template you want to use now, check the option to Make this the active follow-up template
  7. Type in a Subject Line.
  8. Type in a Message
  9. Click Save
