Expire Loyalty Points
- From your Point of Sale, click Admin
- Click Customers
- Click Expire Loyalty Points
- If you want to expire points for all customers check the box
- If you want to expire points for all customers with no activity since a certain date, check the box and select the date
- Choose the date you want them to expire by choosing the date beside Insert point expiry transactions on this date:
- Click Ok
- Click Yes
