Email Settings

At your club's discretion, the Tee On system is capable of sending various auto-generated email messages on behalf of your golf course. In order to customize your club's email messages, please choose your club's preferences and provide the necessary information in the email settings. 

 

  1. From Tee On online account, click Administration
  2. Click Email Setup
  3. Click Email Settings
  • Type in the course's email address
  • Select an image to be used as the club's email header
  • Select the auto-generated emails that you would like Tee-On to send on your behalf: confirmation, cancellation and/or reminder
  • Select an option for the follow-up email and set a follow-up email template 
  • If your club uses the on account functionality within the Point of Sale, you have the option to allow members to view their statements online and can also send the member an email notification when the statements are uploaded to the web.
