Email Players on the Tee Sheet

1. From your Tee-On online account, click Tee Sheet
2. Click Menu
3. Click Email Players

Create/Save an Email Template

1. Choose the time range to send the email to. This will send an email to everyone in the chosen time range. You will see a list of all the players with email addresses on this day. 
2. Type the subject for the email. 
3. Type in the content for the email into the box provided. 
4. If your course has a header image, leave the box for Include course header image checked off. 
5. If you would like to include a greeting (e.g. "Hello Joe Smith,") leave the box checked off. 
6. To preview the email, click Preview. 
7. Type in your email address and click Send Preview. 
8. To save the template for another day click Save as Template. 
9. Click Send Email to send the email to the golfers. 
10. Read the waiver and click I acknowledge that I have not included any marketing material in this email. 
11. Click Send Email

Choose an Existing Email Template to Send

1. Choose the template from the drop-down. 
2. Choose the time range to send the email to. This will send an email to everyone in the chosen time range. You will see a list of all the players with email addresses on this day. 
3. Click Send Email to send the email to the golfers. 
4. Read the waiver and click I acknowledge that I have not included any marketing material in this email. 
5. Click Send Email
