Electronic Ticket Settings: Point of Sale
When you sell an item that has a ticket attached to it in the online store, you must change a few settings in the point of sale. Make sure you refresh all items if you make any changes to any items in the Point of Sale. All tickets are generated in the Tee-On Point of Sale.
- In your Tee-On Point of sale, click Admin.
- Click Ticket Setup
- Select the ticket you would like to edit and click Edit Ticket.
- If you are selling a ticket online, and you want an email to be sent to the customer when they purchase that item, make sure you check off Send email when sold online. If this is not checked off, the Tee-On Point of Sale will not email the customer the ticket.
- Click Email Ticket Setup
- This is where you will set up how the email ticket will look. To add a title, click inside of the text box beside Title and give the ticket a name.
- If you would like to include the customer's name on the ticket when they purchase the ticket, check off the box that says Include Customer Name.
- You may also enter some details about the ticket if you'd like. This gets printed onto the ticket at the bottom. To include details on the ticket, enter in the details in the text box provided.
