They may optionally have the business name underneath the logo.   All tickets are generated through the Tee On Point of Sale.    If you would like to send the customer a physical ticket in the mail, this is controlled by a setting in your Tee On Point of Sale.    1. From your online tee sheet, click **Administration**. 2. Click [**Online Store**](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_642/TicketOnlineStore.png) 3. Click [**Ticket Setup**](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_642/SetupTicket.png) 4. To upload an image, click [**Upload Image**.](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_642/TicketUploadImage.png) Browse your computer for the image you want to use. The recommended size should be 260 x 170, however, if you have a larger image it will be scaled to fit.  5. To remove the logo, click [**Remove Logo**. ](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_642/TicketRemoveLogo.png)  6. To include the business name under the logo, make sure the box is checked off beside[ **Include the business name under the logo**. ](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_642/TicketIncludeBusinessName.png) 7. To preview the ticket, click on the [**Preview**](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_642/TicketPreview.png) button.  - Your Course Information, Ticket Description, Customer Name settings can all be found on the **Electronic Ticket Settings: Point of Sale** learning page. To make a change to any of these settings, you must do it in the Point of Sale.  - An expiry date will only appear if the item has an expiration date on the item itself in your Tee On Point of Sale.  1.
