Electronic Ticket Settings: Online Tee Sheet

Electronic tickets can be customized to carry your logo. They may optionally have the business name underneath the logo.

 

All tickets are generated through the Tee On Point of Sale. 

 

If you would like to send the customer a physical ticket in the mail, this is controlled by a setting in your Tee On Point of Sale. 

 

  1. From your online tee sheet, click Administration.
  2. Click Online Store
  3. Click Ticket Setup
  4. To upload an image, click Upload Image. Browse your computer for the image you want to use. The recommended size should be 260 x 170, however, if you have a larger image it will be scaled to fit. 
  5. To remove the logo, click Remove Logo 
  6. To include the business name under the logo, make sure the box is checked off beside Include the business name under the logo
  7. To preview the ticket, click on the Preview button. 
  • Your Course Information, Ticket Description, Customer Name settings can all be found on the Electronic Ticket Settings: Point of Sale learning page. To make a change to any of these settings, you must do it in the Point of Sale. 
  • An expiry date will only appear if the item has an expiration date on the item itself in your Tee On Point of Sale.
