Edit Register Logs

Register logs can be edited to fix errors. (E.g. A Register was left open for multiple days or you need to insert a log)

 

Editing a Register Log

  1. From your Point of Sale, click Admin
  2. Click Reports
  3. Click Edit Register Logs
  4. Select the Start Date & End Date
  5. Choose the Register from the drop-down
  6. Select the Register Log to be edited
  7. Click Edit Log
  8. Make the required change and click Ok

 

Inserting a Register Log

  1. From your Point of Sale, click Admin
  2. Click Reports
  3. Click Edit Register Logs
  4. Choose the Register from the drop-down
  5. Click Insert Log
  6. Select the Open Date and Open Time
  7. Select the Close Date and Close Time
  8. Click Ok. You will see the new register log entry. when looking at that day

 

Deleting a Register Log

  1. From your Point of Sale, click Admin
  2. Click Reports
  3. Click Edit Register Logs
  4. Select the Start Date & End Date
  5. Choose the Register from the drop-down
  6. Select the Register Log
  7. Click Delete Log
  8. Click Yes
