Draw Settings

The Shotgun Draw Settings allow you to set parameters for a specific shotgun including allowing online booking, restricting the booking to certain member types and setting up a Tournament Coordinator.

Navigate to Draw Settings from the Tee Sheet

1. From your Tee Sheet, navigate to the day of the tournament.
2. Click Edit Draw
3. Click Draw Settings

Allow Golfers to Book into the Draw Over the Web

1. Check off the box beside Allow golfers to book into this draw over the web
2. Choose the member types allowed to book over the web. On the left side is all of your available member types, and on the right is the member types included in the types allowed to book over the web. Simply select the member types and use the arrows to drag them over

Entire Draw is Visible on the Member Tee Sheet

For your members to be able to see the entire draw on the member tee sheet, there is a setting that needs to be checked off.

1. Check off Entire Draw is Visible on the member tee sheet

Mandatory Carts

1. If it is mandatory that golfers take power carts, check off Mandatory Carts

Display Handicaps on Reports

1. If you would like to display handicaps on reports, check off Display handicaps on reports

Tournament Coordinator Login

When creating a shotgun draw, you have the ability to assign a tournament coordinator.

1. Check off the box beside Create a tournament coordinator login
2. Enter a Username
3. Create and confirm a Password
4. When the tournament coordinator goes to login, they will have access to move players around inside of the draw. 
5. Check off Coordinator can search the member list to give the coordinator access to search the member list

Notes

1. If you would like to display notes to golfers when they book into the tournament, enter the notes into the empty text box.
