Department Freezing when Trying to Make a Sale
My Department is Freezing when Trying to Process a Sale
Most likely your department is trying to find an image that is no longer there or has been deleted. To fix this you would need to edit the department and remove the image. If there are multiple departments inside of the department freezing up then you would need to remove the button image from all departments.
- From your Point of Sale click Admin
- Click Items & Departments
- Navigate to where the department is
- Click Edit Department
- Choose the Department
- Click Remove Button Image
- Click Yes
- Click Save
