Department Buttons are Greyed Out

When I am on the sales screen I cannot click on a department because it is greyed out

• Every register has its own set of permissions for determining which departments each register can sell to. For example, you may not want Food and Beverage staff to sell anything out of the Pro Shop departments.

• If there is a department you need access to then click Admin ⇒ Registers ⇒ Highlight the register you would like to change and click ⇒ Configure Selected Register.               

• On the left hand side of the screen will be a complete list of departments. Make sure there is a check box in all the Departments you need to sell from and then click Save.
