Deactivating All Customers
At the end of the golf season, many clubs like to deactivate all of their members. Doing so allows you to keep an accurate list of current members by activating golfers as they rejoin the club and also allows you to retain the playing and purchase history on past members.
- Click Administration
- Click Customers
- Click Customer Lists
- Click Activate/Deactivate Golfers
- To select all golfers, click Select All.
- After clicking Select All, you must choose to Activate or Deactivate all customers. Click Deactivate All.
- To select golfers individually, choose each golfer by clicking on their name.
- Click Save when finished.
