Customers Not Receiving Email Confirmations, Reminders or Promotions

1. Double check to make sure your customer is marked to receive email confirmations, promotions and reminders. If these are not checked off, you won't get these emails. Once the profile is initially created only the customer can edit their preferences. You can click Send Email Communication Options to send them an email to set their preferences.

 

2. Emails may be ending up in Junk/Spam folders - Have your customer check their Junk/Spam folder. If emails are ending up in your junk/spam folder. See the link below on how to add a safe sender address in Outlook, Gmail and Yahoo mail if emails are ending up in junk/spam folders.

3. Add @tee-on.com domain and support@tee-on.com, autoresponder@tee-on.com & info@tee-on.com email addresses to your Safe Senders list.

 

4. Some email inboxes have a "Focused", "Other" or "Promotions" inbox, double check they aren't ending up there. 

 

5. If you still aren't getting emails then reach out to Tee On Support. You may have unsubscribed from emails or marked us as Spam which prevents emails from being sent.
