Customers aren't Receiving Electronic Tickets/ Game Packs

POS is not powered on when a customer makes a purchase in the Online Store

The online store requires the POS to be on for it to generate an electronic ticket or game pack. If the POS isn't powered on, it won't send the ticket until it is powered on.

"Send email when sold online" is unchecked

When selling an item with a ticket or game pack attached to it, and a customer isn't receiving an electronic ticket/game pack in their email inbox, make sure all of the settings are set up correctly. The settings must be configured in the point of sale when selling ticket/game pack items in the online store.

  1. From your Point of Sale, click Admin.
  2. Click Ticket Setup
  3. Select the ticket and click Edit Ticket
  4. Make sure Send email when sold online is checked off. If it is unchecked, it won't send an email copy of the ticket to the customer.

Email is Ending up in the Junk/Spam Folder

Sometimes they gift card will end up in the customer's junk/spam folder. Have them check there as well.

Tee On Marked as Spam

In special cases, the email may not send because the customers email had marked Tee On as spam, preventing us from sending emails. Reach out to the support team if nothing else works.
