Crossover Tournaments

Booking a Crossover Tournament from the Tournament Calendar

Navigate to the Tournament Calendar

1. From Tee On online, click Administration
2. Click Tournaments
3. Click Tournament Calendar
4. Navigate to the Month of the Tournament
5. Click Add Tournament on the day of the tournament

Tournament Layout

1. Select Crossover as the tournament format
2. Choose the Number of Holes
3. Select the Included Nines
4. Select the Date of the crossover tournament
5. Select the Start Time for the crossover tournament
6. Enter the Number of Golfers
7. Enter the Number of Carts
8. Click Set Tournament Details or Select the Tournament Details drop-down

Tournament Details

1. Type the Tournament Name
2. Type the Contact Name for the tournament
3. Type the Phone Number
4. Type the Alternate Phone (Optional)
5. Type the Fax (Optional)
6. Type the Email (Optional)
7. Enter any notes into the Notes box
8. Click Save to save the tournament

Booking a Crossover Tournament from the Tournament List

Navigate to the Tournament List

1. From Tee On online, click Administration
2. Click Tournaments
3. Click Tournament List
4. Click Add

Tournament Layout

1. Select Crossover as the tournament format
2. Choose the Number of Holes
3. Select the Included Nines
4. Verify the Date is correct, if not choose the correct date
5. Select the Start Time for the crossover tournament
6. Enter the Number of Golfers
7. Enter the Number of Carts
8. Click Set Tournament Details or Select the Tournament Details drop-down.

Tournament Details

1. Type the Tournament Name
2. Type the Contact Name for the tournament
3. Type the Phone Number
4. Type the Alternate Phone (Optional)
5. Type the Fax (Optional)
6. Type the Email (Optional)
7. Enter any notes into the Notes box
8. Click Save to save the tournament
