Creating Annual Rental Items

Generate the Rental Listing

  1. Click Admin
  2. Click Customers
  3. Click Yearly Rental Setup
  4. Click Add Rental Category
  5. Type a Description
  6. Type the Quantity Available
  7. Type the Start and End Number
  8. Click Next

 

Create the Annual Rental Item

  1. Click Admin
  2. Click Items and Departments
  3. Select the department or sub-department the item is being added to.
  4. Click Add Item
  5. Type a Name for the Item.  Press Tab three times to copy the Name to Button TextReceipt Description and Label Text
  6. Set the Accounting Reference
  7. Set the Tax
  8. Set the Item Type to Membership/Yearly Rental Item
  9. Click Next
  10. Type in the Deposit Amount
  11. Click Next
  12. On the Membership Tab, check the box for Yearly Rental Item
  13. Select the Rental Item from the drop-down. 
  14. Click Save

 

Selling an Annual Rental Item

  1. Select the member who is buying the item.
  2. When you sell the item to the member, you will be prompted to select the specific rental item.

 

Viewing Annual Rental Assignments

  1. Click Admin
  2. Click Customers
  3. Click Yearly Rental Setup
  4. Highlight the Category. 
  5. Click Edit Rental Category to view the list.
