Creating and Booking Playing Partners in the Pro Shop

Playing partners can be created for groups of golfers who play together frequently to make adding all of the golfers to the group quick and simple. 

Creating Playing Partners

1. Begin the booking normally by selecting the tee time.
2. Type in the first golfer's name, phone number or email address and click Enter on your keyboard (Or the magnifying glass). This will do a search for the golfer in your club's database.
3. Select the golfer from the list.
4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 for the remaining golfers in the group. 
5. Click Save
6. If the golfers are not already playing partners you will receive a message asking if you would like to save the group as playing partners, click Yes.

Once a group of playing partners is saved, all of the players are added to each golfer’s list.

Using Playing Partners

1. Begin the booking normally by selecting the tee time.
2. Type in the first golfer's name, phone number or email address and click Enter on your keyboard (Or the magnifying glass). This will do a search for the golfer in your club's database.
3. Select the golfer from the list.
4. Click on the star for golfer 2.
5. Select the golfer from the list.
6. Continue this process until the booking is complete. 
7. Click Save

Note: Golfers also have the option to create playing partners that can be used when they are booking online.
