Creating a Shotgun Draw Template

Since multiple shotgun draws for your club will have similar characteristics, such as the number of holes and the number of groups per hole, creating a general template for your shotgun tournaments is very useful.

These templates can be edited when adding a specific tournament to cater to that day’s specifications.

1. From Tee On online, click Administration
2. Click Tournaments
3. Click Shotgun Draw Templates
4. Click Add
5. Type in the Draw Template Name (For example, 18 Holes)
6. Type the Hole Label Prefix (If you want something other than "Hole")
7. Type the Group Label Prefix (If you want something other than "Group")
8. Select the number of Holes to be used
9. By default it will add 2 Groups to each hole
10. You can add or remove groups here by clicking either Add Group or Remove Group
11. If you need to remove a hole click the red X in the corner of the Hole
12. Click Save
