Creating a New Payment Type

If your club receives payments in a different format than the ones included in the defaults you can add a new payment type. For example, adding a payment type for wireless pin pads or e-transfers. All new payment types should be added to the cash like category.

 

It is important to note that when a new payment type is added it will be available from all Point of Sale registers. 

  1. Click Admin
  2. Click Payment Types
  3. Select Cash Like as the category

  4. Click Add New Payment Type

  5. Type the Payment Type Name

  6. Select Accounting Reference

  7. Click Ok

After clicking Ok, you will see that your new payment type has been added to the list of available payment types in the Point of Sale.
