From your Point of Sale, click **Admin** 2. Click **[Items & Departments](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_951/HHPL1.jpg)** 3. Select** [Discounts/Happy Hour](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_951/HHPL2.jpg)**   **Add the Happy Hour Pricing Level** 1. Click **[Add Discount](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_951/HHPL3.jpg) **and type in a description of the discount.  2. In this example we will name it **[Tuesday Drink Special](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_951/HHPL31.jpg)**.  3. Next, select the **[type of discount](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_951/HHPL32.jpg) **from the drop-down. You have the option between percentage above cost and percentage below retail.  4. We will select the **[percentage below retail](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_951/HHPL36.jpg)** and then type in the value at 25%.  **Please Note**: You will need to be cautious if using the percentage above cost discount type if you are not actively maintaining your inventory in Tee On. If an item is out of stock or was received without a cost using the percentage above cost discount would result in items being sold for $0. 1. Next, you set the customer types that are eligible to receive the drink special so we will add them all to the associated types list. 2. In this example, all types are eligible to receive the drink special so we will add them all to the associated types list. 3. Select the Available Type and then click the**\>** (Forward Arrow) to add that type to the **[Associated Types](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_951/HHPL37.jpg) **column.  4. Repeat this process until you have selected all your types.  5. To select all types at one time click **[Select All Types](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_951/HHPL38.jpg)**   **Set the Date Range** 1. Finally, we can set the active dates and times for our Tuesday Drink Special.  2. Click **[Set Active Date/Time](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_951/HHPL39.jpg)** 3. Next, Set the Date Range that the special is available for. In our example, we will check off the option for **[Forever](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_951/HHPL40.jpg)** since we are offering this special every Tuesday and do not have an end date.  4. Click on the box for Tuesday and click [**Add Time Range**](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_951/HHPL41.jpg).  5. We will set the start time to 4:00 PM and end time to 8:00 PM and click **[Ok](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_951/HHPL42.jpg).**  6. If your special is available on other days and other time ranges you can add them now as well, otherwise click **[Ok](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_951/HHPL43.jpg). ** 7. If you are happy with the setup of your Happy Hour Pricing, click **[Save](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_951/HHPL44.jpg) **to complete it.    **Apply the Happy Hour Pricing Level to Multiple Items** 1. The next step is to apply the pricing level to the item or items that are a part of your Happy Hour. 2. When applying Happy Hour Pricing you have the option to apply for an entire department or sub-department or an individual item. 3. To apply our Tuesday Drink Special to the whole beer department, click **Admin**. 4. Click** [Items and Departments](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_951/HHPL1.jpg)** 5. Go to the level with our beer department, click **[Edit Department](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_951/HHPL15.jpg)**. 6. Select the **[Beer](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_951/HHPL16.jpg)** Department. 7. Click **[Set Default Discounts](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_951/HHPL46.jpg)** 8. Highlight the **[Tuesday Drink Special](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_951/HHPL47.jpg)** and click the **\>** (Forward Arrow) button to add the level to the Pricing for this Item list. 9. Click **[Ok](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_951/HHPL48.jpg).** This will ensure that an future items that are added to the beer department will automatically be set to have the Tuesday Drink Special applied. 10. Finally, we will update all the current items with the Tuesday Drink Special by clicking **[Update Items with Defaults](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_951/HHPL49.jpg)**. 11. Check the box beside **[Discounts](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_951/HHPL50.jpg)** 12. Click **[Ok](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_951/HHPL51.jpg)** 13. Click **Yes** to confirm. 14. Click **Ok** once the update is complete. 15. Click** [Save](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_951/HHPL52.jpg)**   **Applying the Happy Hour Pricing Level to a Single Item** 1. If you would like to apply the Happy Hour Pricing to a single item or only a select few items the pricing can be applied individually by clicking on the item to be edited in **Admin**. 2. Click **[Next](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_951/HHPL53.jpg)** to get to the Inventory and Pricing tab.  3. Click **[Discounts](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_951/HHPL54.jpg)** 4. Highlight the **[drink special](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_951/HHPL55.jpg)** and click the **\>** (Forward Arrow) button to add the level to the Pricing for this item list. 5. Click **[Save](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_951/HHPL56.jpg)** 6. Click **[Save](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_951/HHPL57.jpg) **to save the item. Repeat this process for each of the individual items that require Happy Hour Pricing.   **Setting the Pricing Level Priority**   Some courses have more than one pricing level that is applicable to the same group of people so it is important to set the priority for which level will be in use if the days and times of the levels overlap.   For example, if the club offers all members and public players a Tuesday Drink Special of 25% off from 4-8PM on Tuesdays and also offers members 10% off all Food and Beverage all the time, you will want to make sure that Tuesday Drink Special is set to have a higher priority than the Member Food and Beverage Pricing or the members will not receive the 25% off during that time range. 1. To set the priority, go to **Admin** 2. Click** [Items & Departments](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_951/HHPL1.jpg)** 3. Click **[Discounts/Happy Hour](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_951/HHPL2.jpg)** 4. From the list select the Tuesday Drink Special and **[use the arrows](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_951/HHPL29.jpg) **to move it to the top priority.  5.
