[Course Administration and Settings](https://academy.teeon.com/en-ca/academy-standalone/tee-sheet?hsLang=en-ca#course-administration-and-settings) # Course Settings: Carts **Setting the Number of Carts in your Fleet**   This field refers to the club's active power cart fleet (total), and ideally does not count carts that are out of service. Every time you view the tee sheet for a new day the number of carts is set to the fleet total for that day. If you subsequently change the fleet total the viewed days will not be changed. To change the total for a day that has already be viewed use **Change Available Carts for a Single Day**. 1. From your Tee On online account, click **Administration** 2. Click [**Course Settings**](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_783/CourseSettings2.png) 3. Select [**Carts**](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_783/CourseSettingsCarts.png) 4. Choose the [**number of carts**](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_783/CourseSettingsCartCount.png) in your fleet from the drop-down.   **Set Available Carts for a Single Day**   If your course brings in carts from elsewhere for an event you will need to update the cart count for that day.  1. From your Tee On online account, click **Administration** 2. Click [**Course Settings**](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_783/CourseSettings2.png) 3. Select [**Carts**](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_783/CourseSettingsCarts.png) 4. Click [**Set Cart Count**](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_783/CourseSettingsSetCartCount.png) 5. Select the date. 6. Enter the new [**cart total**](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_783/CourseSettingsCartTotal.png) from the drop-down. 7.
