Copying a Single Tee Time

Tee times can be copied to a single day or multiple days. For example, if you have a foursome who plays at the same time every Monday morning you can make the initial booking and copy it to every Monday for the rest of the season. You can also copy multiple tee times, for example, if it was a group of 12.

1. On the original booking, click on the Booker’s name. 
2. Click Copy

Copying to a Single Date

1. Select the date the tee time is being copied to. 
2. Select the starting 9 the time is to be booked on. 
3. Select the time for the booking. 
4. Click Copy

Copying to More than One Date

1. Check off Copy to more than one date
2. Click Select Dates
3. Select one or more specific date(s) by clicking on the date(s). 
4. To select a range of days click Range and choose the Range Start and Range End dates. 

Note: If you don't want to send email confirmations when you are copying the tee time, check off Do not send email confirmations for this move.
