Constant Contact Integration

Enabling Constant Contact Integration

  1. Click Administration
  2. Click Email Setup
  3. Click Constant Contact
  4. Check the box to Enable Constant Contact Integration
  5. Click Allow Access
  6. Type in your Constant Contact username and password.

 

Selecting Email Lists

When public golfers are making bookings from your course website they can choose what information they would like to receive from your club by joining your Constant Contact email lists. These lists are created and maintained in your Constant Contact account. 

  1. Click Select Email Lists
  2. Select the email lists that you would like golfers to be able to join when they book online. 

 

Public Player List

When public golfers are added to the system by your staff, either through Tee On's Point of Sale or through the online tee sheet they can be automatically populating a list within your Constant Contact. Note: when staff are adding public players they need to ensure that they are asking the golfer if they would like to receive promotion information from the course and checking the promotion information setting on the Add New Player Information page. 

  1. Click Select Single List
  2. Select the email list that you would like all of your new public players to be added to. 
  3. Click Save
