Configuring the Online Beverage Cart Menu
The Online Beverage Cart uses existing items already created in your Point of Sale. There is no need to create new items to sell specifically on the Beverage Cart. The system will sell inventory as it is sold just as it does in the Point of Sale.
Note: If your items are marked with Bar/Kitchen printout required and you have the Online Food Orders app, then orders will be sent to the app for the kitchen to process.

- From your Point of Sale, click Admin
- Click Beverage Cart
- Select Configure Online Menu
Adding a Category
- Add your Online Categories by clicking Add Category
- Type in the Name of the category (Ex. Alcoholic Drinks)
- Click Set Active Date/Time and set the date/time this department is available to sell.
- Click Ok
- Click Ok
Selecting Items for a Category
- Select the Category
- Click Select Items
- Choose the items from your items & departments and click Ok
Set the Item Order
- Select the Category
- Click Set Item Order
- Move the items up and down with the arrows
- Click Ok
Adding Item Descriptions (Optional)
- If you want to have item descriptions that show up for the servers, select the item
- Click Edit Item Description
- Type in the Item Description and click Ok
- This description will show on the item when they are processing transactions.
Marking a Department as Cannot Be Sold
- If you want to hide a department but not remove it, mark the Category as cannot be sold by selecting the category and checking the Cannot be sold check box.
- If the box is selected and you want to start selling, uncheck the Cannot be sold check box.
Configure the Online Payment Types
By default, the Visa, Mastercard, Debit Card & Cash buttons will appear. On Account will appear for customer accounts that have on account permissions.
- To configure your own payment types, go back to Beverage Cart and click Online Payment Types
- Choose the Payment Types and click Ok
