Configuring No Show Fees

No Show fees can only be charged to bookings that have credit card information on file. 

 

Navigate to No Show Fees

  1. From your Tee On online account, click Administration
  2. Click Online Pricing
  3. Click Pricing Setup
  4. Select the No Show / Cancellation Fees drop-down
  5. Check off the box beside No Show Fees 
  6. There are 3 ways you can charge a No show fee. You can charge the full Pre-Tax Amount, Percentage of Pre-Tax Total & Fixed Amount per Player. Select the fees you wish to have show up when charging No shows.
  7. If you want to include the cart fees check the box beside Include Cart
  8. Click Save. You will get a message that the fee settings have been saved successfully.
