Complete Client Installation: Replacing an Old Client
To complete the installation the first time the client opens you will be prompted to name the register for this client or choose to replace an existing register.
- Click on the button beside "use existing register"
- Choose the register you would like to replace. The system will only allow you to replace an existing register as long as that old register is not currently running. Please make sure the POS client on the old computer is closed
Important: Once you pick a register to replace that old register will not be able to open up the POS client on the old computer anymore. When trying to open the POS client on the old computer it will prompt you to install as a new register if you would like to use it for another function.
