Collecting Golfer Data

1. Select a Tee Time
2. Type in the golfer’s name, phone number or email address. 
3. Press the Enter key on your keyboard or click the magnifying glass. 
4. If the golfer's name isn't listed, click Create New Profile. 
5. Type in the general information for the golfer.
6. Set the customer type (if required). 
7. Set email preferences
8. Click Save
9. Continue making the booking normally.

Making a Reservation Using Collected Information

1. Select a Tee Time
2. Type in the golfer’s name, phone number or email address. 
3. Press the Enter key on your keyboard or click the magnifying glass. 
4. Click on the golfer’s name from the list. 
5. Continue making the booking normally.
