Clear Server Cache

The clear server cache function can be used to refresh the Point of Sale. When the Point of Sale closes unexpectedly and a staff member using a virtual register is logged in they will be locked out of the Point of Sale. Once clear server cache is clicked the staff member will be able to log in again. 

  1. From your Point of Sale, click Admin
  2. Click Manage & Upgrade the POS
  3. Click Clear Server Cache
  4. Click Ok
