Checking in Using a Ticket/Game Pack

Checking in a Golfer that has a Ticket/Game Pack

1. From your Point of Sale, click Check-In Tee Sheet
2. Check the pay box beside the time you are checking in.
3. Select the paying customer.
4. Click on the Green Fee beside the customer.
5. Click Scan Ticket
6. Select, scan or type in the number of the Ticket being redeemed.
7. Click Ok
8. You will see the redemption item being redeemed on the left side of your screen. 
9. Click Cash to cash out the transaction
10. Once the transaction has be completed, you will see that the item has been redeemed. (If it was a game pack item, it will tell you how many are left in the game pack. 

Checking in a Golfer that has a Ticket/Game Pack (Redeeming it for Multiple Customers)

1. From your Point of Sale, click Check-In Tee Sheet
2. Check the pay box beside the time you are checking in.
3. Select the paying customer (Customer with the game pack)
4. Click on the Green Fee beside the customer.
5. Click Scan Ticket
6. Select, Scan or type in the number of the Ticket being redeemed.
7. Click Ok
8. Repeat this process for the other customers that are using the same ticket pack. Make sure the Paying Player is selected when going to redeem the items.
9. You will see the redemption item being redeemed on the left side of your screen.
10. Once the transaction has been completed, you will see that the item(s) have been redeemed. (If it was a game pack item, it will tell you how many are left in the game pack)
