From your Point of Sale, click [**Check-In Tee Sheet**](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/12709141933069_01.png) 2. [**Check the pay box**](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/12709141933069_02.png) beside the time you are checking in. 3. Select the paying [**customer**](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/12709141933069_03.png). 4. Click on the [**Green Fee**](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/12709141933069_04.png) beside the customer. 5. Click [**Scan Ticket**](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/12709141933069_05.png) 6. [**Select, scan or type in the number**](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/12709141933069_06.png) of the Ticket being redeemed. 7. Click [**Ok**](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/12709141933069_07.png) 8. You will see the redemption item being redeemed on the [**left side of your screen**](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/12709141933069_08.png).  9. Click [**Cash**](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/12709141933069_09.png) to cash out the transaction 10. Once the transaction has be completed, you will see that [**the item has been redeemed**](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/12709141933069_10.png). (If it was a game pack item, it will tell you how many are left in the game pack.    **Checking in a Golfer that has a Ticket/Game Pack (Redeeming it for Multiple Customers)** 1. From your Point of Sale, click [**Check-In Tee Sheet**](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/12709141933069_01.png) 2. [**Check the pay box**](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/12709141933069_11.png) beside the time you are checking in. 3. Select the paying [**customer **](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/12709141933069_12.png)(Customer with the game pack) 4. Click on the [**Green Fee**](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/12709141933069_13.png) beside the customer. 5. Click [**Scan Ticket**](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/12709141933069_14.png) 6. [**Select, Scan or type in the number**](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/12709141933069_15.png) of the Ticket being redeemed. 7. Click [**Ok**](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/12709141933069_16.png) 8. [**Repeat this process**](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/12709141933069_17.png) for the other customers that are using the same ticket pack. Make sure the Paying Player is selected when going to redeem the items. 9. You will see the redemption item being redeemed on the **left side of your screen**. 10.
