Changing the Expiry Date on a Ticket

  1. From your Point of Sale, click Admin
  2. Select Ticket Management
  3. Type in the Ticket ID. You may also search for the ticket by Last Name or by entering the Transaction ID
  4.  Select the ticket and click View Details
  5. Click Change Expiry Date
  6. Select the date box and choose the new expiry date
  7. If the ticket currently has an expiry date and you want to change it to never expire, click Set to Never Expire
  8. Click Ok
  9. Click Override. You will need a manager password to complete the override
