Changing the Expiry Date on a Ticket
- From your Point of Sale, click Admin
- Select Ticket Management
- Type in the Ticket ID. You may also search for the ticket by Last Name or by entering the Transaction ID
- Select the ticket and click View Details
- Click Change Expiry Date
- Select the date box and choose the new expiry date
- If the ticket currently has an expiry date and you want to change it to never expire, click Set to Never Expire
- Click Ok
- Click Override. You will need a manager password to complete the override
