Cart Fees in Check-In

Navigate to Check-In Configuration

  1. Click Admin     
  2. Click Tee Sheet   
  3. Click Check-In Setup
  4. Click Set Cart Fee
  5. Select the Day
  6. Click Ok    

 

Adding Time Ranges

  1. Click Add/Edit/Remove Time Range
  2. Click Add Time Range
  3. Select the Start Time from the drop-down.
  4. Select the End Time from the drop-down.
  5. Click Ok    

 

Adding Items to a Single Member Type

  1. Select the Member Type from the drop-down.
  2. Select 18 Holes from the drop-down.
  3. Select Green Fee from the drop-down for Fee Type.
  4. Highlight the Time Range.
  5. Click Add/Remove Items
  6. Select the Power Cart items to be added
  7. Click Ok
  8. Select 9 Holes from the drop-down.
  9. Click Add/Remove Items
  10. Select the 9 hole cart items to be added.
  11. Click Ok
  12. Click Save

If your club charges different rates for tournament and league power carts repeat the process for these Fee Types.
