Can't Load Items into the Online Store
If your server point of sale computer is not running, you won't be able to access the items to be able to add them into the online store.
- If you are getting the error below, make you your POS is on and running.
- Once you have powered it on, click Recheck Online Status. Once you power the server on, give it a few minutes to recognize it.
- Try adding the item again.
