If you are getting the error below, make you your POS is on and running.  2. Once you have powered it on, click [**Recheck Online Status**](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_670/TroubleshootingRecheckOnlineStatus.png). Once you power the server on, give it a few minutes to recognize it.  3.
