Booking a Tee Time

All advance tee time bookings booked through the proshop should be made through the online proshop tee sheet at teeon.com. To book a tee time for a golfer by phone or in person from the proshop tee sheet: 

1. Click on the Tee Time that you want to book in the Time Column.
2. Type in the golfer’s name, phone number or email address.
3. Click Enter on your keyboard (or click the magnifying glass). This will do a search for the golfer in your club’s database.

Option 1: The golfer has already been added to your system

If the golfer has already been added to your system they will appear in the list of golfers retrieved from the search. Click on the golfer’s name to add them to the booking.

Option 2: The golfer has not been added to your system

If the golfer has not been added to your system click Create New Profile.

Type in the golfer’s information including name, phone number and if time permits, email address. Select whether or not the golfer would like to receive email promotions and confirmations. Click Save.

You may also have the case where the golfer’s name, phone number or email address matches another golfer’s in your system. If this is the case, click Add and you will be brought to the New Golfer Information page.

1. Set the number of golfers, holes and carts.
2. Click Save
