Type in a Name for the cart.  6. Select the items you would like to include in the beverage cart inventory. 5. Click **Ok**   **Opening a New Cart** 1. Click **Admin** 2. Type in the opening float.   **Adding Inventory to a Cart** 1. Select the items being added to the cart. 3. Highlight the item. 4. Type in the Quantity. 6. Click **Ok** 7. Highlight the cart. 2. Highlight the cart 2. Type in the number of items being returned to inventory. 5.
