Backdated Transaction Report

  1. From your Point of Sale, click Admin
  2. Choose Reports
  3. Select the Detailed Transaction Report
  4. Click Ok
  5. Choose your Date(s) and Register(s) at the top of the page
  6. Check off Show Backdated Transactions
  7. If you want to open the report as a CSV file, check off Open as CSV
  8. Click Ok
  9. Choose Live Data or Report Data. Report Data is everything up to the last backup. Live Data is current Data. If you don't see backdated transactions that you should, it could be because you are using Report Data and not Live Data.
