You will need to go into the Point of Sale and associate it with a particular profile.    **Assigning a Ticket/ Game Pack to a Customer Profile from your Online Store**   1. From your Online Tee Sheet, click **Administration** 2. Click **[Online Store](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_664/TicketOnlineStore.png)** 3. Click **[Online Transactions](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_664/TicketOnlineTransactions.png)** 4. Select the transaction, and click **[Show Details](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_664/TicketShowDetail.png)** 5. Click **[Link to Customer Profile](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_664/TicketLinkToCustomerProfile.png)** 6. To choose an existing customer, search for the customer by name and press the enter key or click the **[magnifying glass](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_664/TicketMagnifyingGlass.png)**.  7. Select the **[customer](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_664/TicketSelectName.png)** 8. Click **[Attach to Profile](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_664/TicketAttachthoProfile2.png)** 9. To create a new customer, click **[Create a New Profile](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_664/TicketCreateNewProfile.png).**  10. Enter in all of the required information, and click **Save New Profile.**   **Assigning a Ticket/ Game Pack to a Customer Profile in your Point Of Sale** 1. From your Tee On Point of Sale, click **Admin**. 2. Click** [Ticket Management](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_664/ManagementTicket.png)** 3. Enter the **[Ticket ID or Transaction ID ](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_664/TickedIDTransactionID.png)**of the ticket.  4. Click **[Find](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_664/TicketFind.png)** 5. Select the ticket and click [**Reassign Ticket**](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_664/TicketReassign.png).  6. To choose an existing customer, click [**Choose Existing Custome**r](https://www.tee-on.com/images/uploadedImages/LearningZoneImages/Page_664/TicketChooseExistingCustomer.png). Select the customer you are looking for and click **OK**.  7. To create a new customer, enter the customer information, and click **OK**.  8.
