Assigning a Ticket/Game Pack to a Customer Profile

When you sell a Ticket/Game Pack in the Online Store, it's not automatically assigned to a customer profile. You will need to go into the Point of Sale and associate it with a particular profile. 

 

Assigning a Ticket/ Game Pack to a Customer Profile from your Online Store

 

  1. From your Online Tee Sheet, click Administration
  2. Click Online Store
  3. Click Online Transactions
  4. Select the transaction, and click Show Details
  5. Click Link to Customer Profile
  6. To choose an existing customer, search for the customer by name and press the enter key or click the magnifying glass
  7. Select the customer
  8. Click Attach to Profile
  9. To create a new customer, click Create a New Profile. 
  10. Enter in all of the required information, and click Save New Profile.

 

Assigning a Ticket/ Game Pack to a Customer Profile in your Point Of Sale

  1. From your Tee On Point of Sale, click Admin.
  2. Click Ticket Management
  3. Enter the Ticket ID or Transaction ID of the ticket. 
  4. Click Find
  5. Select the ticket and click Reassign Ticket
  6. To choose an existing customer, click Choose Existing Customer. Select the customer you are looking for and click OK
  7. To create a new customer, enter the customer information, and click OK
  8. The ticket/game pack has now been assigned to a customer.
