Assigning a Ticket/Game Pack to a Customer Profile
When you sell a Ticket/Game Pack in the Online Store, it's not automatically assigned to a customer profile. You will need to go into the Point of Sale and associate it with a particular profile.
Assigning a Ticket/ Game Pack to a Customer Profile from your Online Store
- From your Online Tee Sheet, click Administration
- Click Online Store
- Click Online Transactions
- Select the transaction, and click Show Details
- Click Link to Customer Profile
- To choose an existing customer, search for the customer by name and press the enter key or click the magnifying glass.
- Select the customer
- Click Attach to Profile
- To create a new customer, click Create a New Profile.
- Enter in all of the required information, and click Save New Profile.
Assigning a Ticket/ Game Pack to a Customer Profile in your Point Of Sale
- From your Tee On Point of Sale, click Admin.
- Click Ticket Management
- Enter the Ticket ID or Transaction ID of the ticket.
- Click Find
- Select the ticket and click Reassign Ticket.
- To choose an existing customer, click Choose Existing Customer. Select the customer you are looking for and click OK.
- To create a new customer, enter the customer information, and click OK.
- The ticket/game pack has now been assigned to a customer.
