Administering Dollar Value Gift Cards

Looking Up a Dollar Value Gift Certificate

  1. Click Admin
  2. Click Ticket Management
  3. Type in the last name, ticket ID or transaction ID.

 

Reprinting a Dollar Value Gift Certificate

  1. Click Admin
  2. Click Ticket Management
  3. Type in the last name, ticket ID or transaction ID.
  4. Highlight the gift certificate.
  5. Click Reprint Ticket
  6. Type in the override password.
  7. Click Ok

 

Voiding a Dollar Value Gift Certificate

  1. Click Admin
  2. Click Ticket Management
  3. Type in the Last Name, Ticket ID or Transaction ID.
  4. Highlight the gift certificate.
  5. Click Void
  6. Click Yes to confirm. 

 

Reinstating a Dollar Value Gift Certificate

  1. Click Admin
  2. Click Ticket Management
  3. Type in the last name, ticket ID or transaction ID.
  4. Highlight the gift certificate.
  5. Click Reinstate

 

Viewing the Details of a Dollar Value Gift Certificate

  1. Click Admin
  2. Click Ticket Management
  3. Type in the last name, ticket ID or transaction ID.
  4. Highlight the gift certificate.
  5. Click View Details
