Adding Customer Types

Member types are added to the system to track member playing restrictions, booking privileges, pricing and purchases. 

  1. Click Administration 
  2. Click Customer Types
  3. Click Add/Edit Customer Types
  4. Click Add
  5. Choose the Booking Category
  6. Give the new customer type a Name
  7. Leave the box checked if you would like to inherit settings from the booking category
  8. If guests of this customer type get alternate pricing, check off the box beside Guests of this customer type get alternate pricing and choose the guest pricing type from the drop-down.
  9. If you don't want to inherit settings from the Member booking category, uncheck the box and choose the booking window as well as the member settings at the bottom of the page.
